Just got these vids up and running for putting together an all out race motor. Tried to answer some questions I've been hearing. Others may have their own way but this is how I go about it. Thought it prudent to get Jerry's permission before I posted. May add a cylinder head/porting vid later on.

That light crank interests me. Have you got any video of your bike during racing ? I'd particularly like to see what it is like when used on tight short circuits and on high speed sweeping bends .

Jim, have you noticed that many race engines tend to go faster when they get slack ?

Bottom end vid - The flywheel counter weight is so light because it is such a short stroke - the journals are moved toward the center so it needs minimum counterweight. This is why I added weight between the journals. Shaping & balancing the crank was the most time consuming part of the build (2nd was triangulating the ARP head bolts).

Hi Jim

Thankyou so much. Fabulous. Please do a head porting one!

Chris
