It’s official: no Super Light

A Molnar Manx has to be one of the three, but what model is the Mystery Norton?

Glen

A Domi 88ss for those occasions where the Manx just isn't quite fast enough?

It’s official: no Super Light

I'm getting warm then.

1.850 motor goes back in its original cycle parts.
2.920 goes into a Seeley frame.
3. Molnar Manx 95 bore on order.

That’s just so negative…
And it’s EXACTLY how I feel !
As I posted before, I’m done with the soap opera now.
I’m still gonna have 3 Nortons in the shed, just nothing from TVS.
I wish them well, but can’t see them having any of my money now.
Fed up of waiting and being treated like a mushroom.
(kept in the dark and fed shit)
And here's me thinking you're a fun guy

I used to be… but then ARG kicked in…

I feel for ya Eddie, it's one thing wanting an SL and waiting,
It's a different thing altogether to have a deposit on one for over 3 years, to then be told they're not going into production!!

Enjoy yer MV and buy a RS 660
Would like hear your appraisal

Best let someone else try before ya buy!!

Especially with Norton's

Actually my main gripe with Norton is not the fact they’ve pulled the plug on the SL, as I kinda expected that. My gripes are the other long list of gripes already covered on here.

The MV is a superb machine. I’m way past the age of enjoying one as a serious road bike, but on the track it was pretty fabulous.

But I’ve sold it. And the Multi Strada Pikes Peak. I think that without doubt they’re the best two bikes I’ve ever owned (will ever own). Both sold to fund the next round of Norton madness.

Seems to me that motorcycling is a disease that attacks the part of the brain responsible for logical thinking…

I've thought about that for some time.
I believe that area of the brain must already be compromised before someone decides that motorcycling is a good idea.
You already know my belief about the theoretical relationship between Norton ownership, and masochism.
SG was version 2.0 of that phenomenon
Seems to me TVS/Norton is just version 3.0 .
Better not to go there at all.

Lol Koni rear shocks. Forks dropped another half inch in the yokes. Looking at getting an entree for Croft so that I can drop the bike of in Leeds! to have an alloy tank and seat made & have the oil tank altered to allow access to the fuel taps.
I am sorry Mr Fast Eddie I thank you for your intrest but maybe in 3 or 4 years we may have something for you.
Meanwhile the Seeley Commando Mk2 is to undergo & complete rebuild. Hopefully improve it in a few areas.
