030342 is the casting# round hollow arch like featherbed/early commando
the offset is a little more than 2-5/8"
13/16-26 tpi stem
an AMC hybrid? which one?

2-1/4" offset ,13/16" x 26 tpi thread is Pre Commando , Atlas etc, not sure about the AMC hybrids

norton? positively not commando with 26tpi stem... nor slimline = 2-1/4" offset
These do have 7-3/8" C-C fork spacing so probably later than 7" era
I still think hybrid
