A bit more info on that DZGH4 bulb. I just did a search on that on Amazon. I got 4 different hits, but all are H11 bulbs. Could you supply a web link or a manufacturer?
 
I just ordered a DGZ H4 bulb. Will it work with the original headlamp lens or will the light beam not be diffused correctly?

Larry, if it's a US model it won't fit in the original reflector. The original reflectors design for a pre focused bulb, not an H4 quartz halogen bulb. The LED bulb you ordered is designed to replace an H4 quartz halogen bulb. So you'll need a quartz halogen reflector and you'll also need the electrical pigtail to go into an H4 quartz halogen bulb.
 
Refer to posts number 20 and number 26 for part numbers for an appropriate reflector and electrical pigtail.
