Just wanted to share my experience with John from Lansdowne. A few weeks ago I ordered a set of the dampers (based on the positive reports here) and when I received them I tried to install them but the top nuts wouldn't screw all the way in. So I called John only to find out that I seem to have a mix of Commando and Roadholder forks, and the nuts I received (for Commando, as ordered) were too long. Now guess what - John sent me the correct shorter nuts free of charge and I installed them today! Oustanding service and hats off to John - many thanks again!

Unfortumately I cannot try them out as my carbs are still in the Netherlands for resleeving but I hope to be able to go out on a run this coming week-end, I'll report back about the quality of the dampers..if they are only half as good as the service then I am sure I will be delighted!

Cheers,

Daniel
