Front wheel double row bearing

Need help, don´t know what to do with the new double row bearing I bought from RGM, thought maybe I could get a quick answer here. The bearing has some kind of plastic protection bits on both sides, never seen those before. They´re kind of half see-through and as far as I can see there´s no grease inside. Are you supposed to remove them and fill it up with grease? That´s what I´d like to do......

Perhaps its a translucent grease and you can't make it out through the seals?
Most sealed bearings have opaque plastic seals so never gave a thought to if there really was grease inside. You could pry off a seal to confirm then refit it. Not held in with adhesive typically.
 
Or just begin forcing grease in the openings with your fingers... Been there done that. Eventually you'll get it packed well enough. Then I don't like prying shields from new bearings for fear of introducing trash.
 
Pack it with grease through the orifices, mine arrived last week, unshielded. Different supplier. As L.A.B stated it looks like the bearing cage.
 
It´s not the cage, some kind of cover. No way to pack grease without removing them. I´ll send a message to RGM.
 
If it has a seal 2RS or otherwise it will have grease already but why not a bearing from any bearing/seal store.

A small bit of machining and a wider fully sealed (2RS) bearing can be used, quality (non Chinese) and being sealed will not need replacing for decades, be off the shelf and available near anywhere.
The front disc hubs are all but made for the wider bearing.

It´s not a 2RS, if it was I shouldn´t have asked since I know what they look like. This is as I wrote a type that I´ve never seen before. This is what RGM say´s: "THE OTHER BEARING INCLUDED IN THIS KIT IS AN SKF DOUBLE ROW BEARING NUMBER 4203 - THIS IS NOT A SEALED BEARING." Dispite this there is some kind of plastic shielding on both sides. So I guess I´ll just rip those out and fill it with grease.
 
Just looking at that bearing in the picture I can tell it is a ATN9 (Moto Guzzi content) so I think you will find removing bits will not be a good idea.

Edit and 5 minutes I will never get back looking for it and then taking a picture. :D
Here is a similar bearing (new) I replaced it with a 2RS wider 5000 series.
Note the cage.

Ball element bearings are usually greased and the choice is limited to RS or ZZ (steel shield) as far as protection goes.
I can not off hand think of any extra bits added in the cage area that are removable.

I will hazard a guess the cage in that bearing you have is very flexible.
