cant ask about technical problems coz thats locked. so where to ask?
my problem sometimes when I PM another member, my message is not sent but goes into my out box, what is the point of an out box and what purpose does it serve?

when I PM another member, my message is not sent but goes into my out box, what is the point of an out box and what purpose does it serve?

"Sent" PMs remain in the outbox until the recipient has opened the message, so basically, it tells you whether the PM has been read or not.
