How the fuck I get the crappy black ground back to white?

Click on the icon to the left of the envelope up in the toolbar

Click preferences

In the Style dropdown choose the light option

Click Save at the bottom

I just got kicked out a couple of times when trying to open the "other Nortons" forum. It said my IP address was blocked . Seems to be working okay now. I have been offline for a few days and had to log in and of course couldn't remember my password. On the plus side I now have a snazzy new password.

I tried the light theme and felt like it was burning my eyes out! Straight back to the default dark theme for me.

When I was asked to allow for push notifications I agreed and next time I tried to get in the "server" denied access to my ip. I am obviously back in but in the process I messed up my computer and am still trying to get it back to where it was. I do lack a lot of skills when it comes to computers. If it makes a difference I use Firefox.

Got a request to receive push notifications from this forum a few minutes ago. Didn't know if that is part of new format or not. I allowed it but then got this warning, but now is OK. Didnt know if it was a bug or a hack or normal.

Same here. I have gotten that block several time now, including frm connection via an email prompt for a PM.

Or, scroll down to the bottom of the page, and click "Norton Commando Forum - Default Dark Theme" bottom left, then click the "Access Norton Light Theme" option.

You can now easily switch from Dark & Light themes. Simply select this icon in the menu:

I tried it white, going back to black... like my soul. And my Commando.

If you are in the light theme and click on the banner where it suggests to become a VIP member “click see the benefits“ all you see are large black boxes. Change back to black and the writing is visible.
