I’ve posted my commando 961 and dominator naked for sale on Facebook marketplace. I also placed my commando 961 for sale on this forum.

I’ve gotten local interest for my commando on the facebook marketplace that I listed for $27500.00 USD and have a guy coming to look at it today and one other potential buyer if this guy decides not to.

My reason for posting this is, I’m also getting a guy on this forum asking about my commando and he says he’s got cash in hand.

I checked his name and he just joined yesterday and has made no post ever.

Just letting others to beware of scammers.

I’ve had over 5 scammers on the facebook marketplace asking if I’d take a direct deposit for $2000 and all were women profiles from eastern countries lol.

Yep, gotta WOTW (Weed Out The W@#%&*s). You know, those that don’t need to work hard for their own money - easier just to steal others!
 
I have decided that only VIP members will be able to respond to ads directly. Obviously if you post your phone number or email in the ad, nothing I can do about that. This will be happening soon. That should help.

I always check a users IP when they sign up and when there is an issue. Rokodude is actually in Florida, but that does not mean that much. Scammers are usually overseas or by proxy I guess. Either way for now Rokodude is banned. Rokodude, if you are not a scammer, contact me and confirm. I am easy to find.

It's a shame about these scammers. I got no time for them. I have re-configured the classifieds so that only VIP members can post ads and reply to ads via the forum. My thoughts are that scammers are too cheap to buy membership. I hope that keeps them away. As previously mentioned, as a VIP, if you add your phone number and email address to the classifieds listing, then that's up to you.

I also noticed that the Google ads were terrible for normal registered users. Not sure how that got so bad, I have put it back how it was with the simple banner at the top.

I hope you have good success on your sale . Maybe the new owner will join this forum .
 
Yeh, good luck with the sale. Would love the Dominator as a stablemate in my garage but it would mean divorce and I’m way to old to be trained by another woman:rolleyes:!

Stick around the forum though V2D3. We often have opposing views but hey, that’s what it’s all about; how dull would it be if we all agreed.
 
Good luck with your sale! If you get your price there is hope for all of us! Sorry to hear your parting ways with your modern Nortons knew there was "tension " there
