No, the Atlas tends to break the rider instead! When your bike is in two halves which work independently, things become stupid. Does the early Norton Atlas have a problem with broken exhausts ?

I used the CS seamless reverse cones. The mounting pipe broke off at the weld after < 1500mi.Glad to see this thread because I am about to order the exhaust system for my Commando from them but I knew nothing about how legit they are.
Has anyone used this system?

How about the sound? I'm not a loud look-at-me kind of guy but I do have a thing for bike to really be wailing when wide open. Thankfully I live out in the country and no one hears it.

For the prices that they charge, that's far more than unacceptable.I have had a viking peashooter do the same thing

I've seen that same failure with Toga brand silencers, which is what I think Commando Specialties was selling 10 years ago. I've been using Wassell pipes for years now and I love them. Excellent chrome, smooth seams. Somewhat loud but they give that awesome growl between shifts.
