Dumb Michelin innertube question (2020)

My wheels are off. If I suspect there is a nut on the inside of the rim should I pull a sidewall and check and correct or is this a benign error? As I recall these are Dunlop TR4 100/90. Thanks!

EDIT #2: What are the small dots on either side of the valve below - yellow and blue? Anybody know about this - directional?

EDIT: Bridgestone tubes were recommended to me by someone I trust. Here are a pair of pics of their approach:
