idiot is FREE ON BOND with his parent's house as collateral (a house that he purchased for them with ill-gotten gain)

those two will turn state's evidence and walk with a slap on the wrist.

The idiot needs to rot in jail, AFTER every possible farthing is squeezed from everyone associated with FTX and as many of the "investors" (suckers) given some semblance of restitution (I expect no more than a pittance per share)

White collar crime convicion penilties under commonwealth law (down here) are usually dealt with a mild custodial sentence.....time will tell ..I guarantee once the political beneficiaries are exposed in this process.... it will make most U.S tax payers blood boil that have inadvertently funded this prick and his cohorts..
Even better that his co offenders have snitched on him :)

Does anyone believe that even one politician will return even one dollar of the ill-gotten donations they accepted from this guy....many of them had to have known the cash was dirty, but hey, all the others were gobbling up money from him.

The Democratic Party donation records show that at least 50 members accepted donations (bribes) from Sam the Snake and that he was their 2nd largest donor to the Democratic party for the mid-term elections, right behind George Soros.
The Republicans had their fist in the jar to the tune of eight members taking donations (bribes) from the idiot and his group of entitled fools.
I would love to see a list of who got how much.
