Just bought some Cush drive rubbers off HPS for BST Carbon Fibre wheels.
Could they be modified for the standard wheels..
My standard drive rubbers were shot after 3000 miles.

I'm sure Ive got some bst rubbers somewhere. The standard Talon rubbers are pretty decent though.....its just the crap one's that Norton switched to, made over in Burton. It was actually the company that made my batch of Domi seat pads that made those. I was going to approach them regarding the cush rubbers, to see if they could match Talons material.

The ones on my 961 made from car heater hose!!

I think lcrken press out the sleeve and used them this way. Or you could reduce the diameter of the bolt heads and keep the steel sleeve. Buy anew set of bolts and reduce these and keep the originals .

Well, I ordered 40 Domi seat pads. I dont mind meeting MOQ's, if there's a market for it. When Talon ran out last year, it left me in the shit tbh. Earlier bikes dont seem to suffer as much, its the later stuff mostly.

Can you get the TALON cush rubbers TCDR-1 ? Or is there a large quantity needed here too ? We seem to keep going in circles . I remember trying to put together an order but the quantity was out in space . Was it a thousand parts ? Or was that the front sprocket ? Sorry can't remember all that's happened , I just remember it wasn't good ! This is where a firm like TVS Norton could be a great help , please get us some Fu##ing Parts. ! It confounds me why they can't be a better help to us !!
 
2000 units moq for those with their suppliers. Talon were good though, phoned me as soon as they were back in stock....I ordered in 10 sets ie 50 units. Still no discount though ie I have to pay full retail. They wanted me to buy around £10k a year to qualify for a trade account!
 
I just bought the very last 8 cush rubbers DUBYA had and he said they will never get them in stock again.
Mine are supposed to arrive tomorrow, once I measure them, I’m going to make them from urethane.

If Talon wont ship to the States, I dont mind posting them out. Just pay me back what ever they cost me including shipping.

Do you mind saying how much they are now ? I would be inclined to get Qty 15 (3 sets) No they wont ship to US and Dubya stopped ordering TALON as Voodoo says.

They're around £34 a set of five from memory. I want to cut out the middle man though, seeing as they don't actually make them. But if you do want some ordering, let me know and I can sort an order out. I cant risk using up my own current stock, as I'll most probably use all those this year.

No I don't know . But they are the hardest and longest lasting we've had to date . I seem to remember that the rubbers from Norton were 70 -72 and this is too soft.
