I'm Florida Miami Beach, canal, lakes, springs and rock pit water baby and there lots of water bodies in reach around here and Texas Lake of the Pines. So instead of regular trailer thinking a cute light boat with a Combat would be a hoot. I've cases and a spare head that made Peel so fun in the past to get started with. This would need to be a fairly hi rpm power band set up and top 50 hp. Placement of engine and type of drive system and cooling by fast air and water spray going slow. This one could add nitro and turbo stages too to run hi pitch prop instead of turning engine over 7000-ish. Would definitely have to retain isolastic somehow or would shake light boat apart and scare the fish. How would ya start w/o a kicker on a tranny? Just something to think about while Peel and I stagnant through winter.

Ford 10s w.h.y. A Vin. / H.R.D. 1000 got the Championship around 54 / 55 .
At least you wouldnt have to saw the gearbox off on a Norton . 8)

Lightness is most the rightness of fast boats even more so than cycles and cars. I've not thought much of it though but did flash on the crashes and water temp shock on the old cast iron fins and inhaled water. The shaft orientation is the biggest buggaboo. At least the following traffic behind a long tail trailers with razor sharp wicked looking prop should protect my rear. Keeping a tranny would
be very interesting for prop size, rpm and speed of the thrust. Norton is better set up for a paddle boat drive, hm.

I suppose you can fry and eat all the leeches you pull off your legs after the race?

I didn't say that, I just heard it.

Leaches are not the water sports problem in the Americas, the snakes, huge cat fish and inbreds playing banjo are. Motorcycling is so stupid dangerous got to think up other ways of crashing to let off steam with nice Norton sounds.

Just need good Power to weight and an efficient way to hook up thrust and not cut out...
