Whenever I was in the States I tried to see the local dealers. So I drove up to Frank about a decade ago and had a couple of very pleasant hours with him discussing Nortons, Norton spares, and how Andover Norton could help him.

Had a few e-mail exchanges since on technical matters and always respected his opinions. A very knowledgeable man.
