Another longtime US manufacturer packs it in? They claim the move will be to "other North American locations" as well as overseas.

Master Lock's Milwaukee plant once employed more than 1,000 workers. Now it's closing for good.

The iconic padlock company was founded in Milwaukee in 1921, its world headquarters are located in Oak Creek.

I worked in MKE after Briggs & Stratton closed their plant.

BUT, there MAY be a silver lining in that dark cloud- perhaps they will employ a few million people who would otherwise come to the US illegally?!?
