Ask them who makes them, if they are Autonix then they do good stainless rims and hopefully do good alloy.

They won`t be Autonix rims

He is no longer producing motorcycle rims sold his rim business approx two years ago

I get the impression these rims probably come pre-drilled, and there seems to be no way of selecting a rim that is drilled to suit a specific hub type (Norton 8 inch drum, disc front, disc rear etc.) so I'd be inclined to leave well alone as "one size/type" rim certainly won't "fit all".

Exactly L.A.B , if the seller doesnt specify that the particular rim fits a particular hub or hub with certain dimensions, then stay away.
