Aerosol paint how many layers how many cans?

I live in Holland where everything is ridiculously expensive except for weed.

I got quoted 700 euros to pain the tank, that's nearly $1000!!!

So I bought some good quality aerosols. 2 each of primer, silver, kandy red and 2 part clear. In Holland they cost me 200 flippin euros!

I will post the results when Im done . Like the Rumanian spray job .
