Absolute madness

Fools

Protesters these days are not "protesters", they are often malicious and detrimental to the average citizens that are assaulted with the protesters' confrontational behavior, even though they are often innocent of the protested "offences"...

He didn't ram anything.
The so-called protestors were illegally obstructing his and other motorists right of way.
First one to put a hand on me gets a helmet head butt .

Absolute madness

I just don’t see anyone doing anything outrageous … why bother filming that non-confrontation ….

Baz’ point is the title of the video ‘motorcyclist rams past’…

The media outlet is clearly trying to label the motorcyclist as the offender here.

That‘s the madness.

As to whether or not it’s REAL madness will depend on what happens next… does the motorcyclist get prosecuted ?

A woman did a similar thing a while ago, she edged forward VERY SLOWLY, such a low speed was clearly zero danger to any human being. Unless said humans kept deliberately putting themselves in front of the vehicle. Which they did. And the lady driver got prosecuted. THAT is madness…

Its the equivalent of deliberately smashing your nose against someones knuckles then prosecuting THEM for assault…

Leftism is a religion and the State is their God.
What is fascism if not that ?

These days we are still all programmed to believe, however if you know that you are being programmed, the programming cannot be effective.
In many situations cause and effect are multi-dimensional patterns. People can train themselves to recognise patterns. The story does not often change much. The most famous myth is the one about the good old days - going to make the nation great again.
A thing which annoys me is the amounts of worry and paranoia which is being created. Most of it is pure bullshit.

Also the headline states the rider "rode off at great speed"
That's not what I saw
Yes he revved his engine but that was all
Once he'd edged his way through he rode off in a calm manner
And I can't say that I would have done given the circumstances

One of the biggest propaganda lies of the last century is that fascism = right wing.

Fascism / totalitarianism / etc is what happens at the extreme end of BOTH left and right.

BOTH sides are equally as vulnerable to it if their respective beliefs are taken all the way to the extreme end.

Actually, more people died as a result of left wing ‘based’ totalitarianism in the last century than right.

’Rammed past’

’Rode off at great speed’

Talk about biased journalism !!

Pre programmed ? 🐑
Count me out on that..
The only thing that will make a nation better is "we the people"...NOT fear merchant political practitioners
Leftist religious expressions ..include Marxism, Communism, Socialism...Feminism, and Environmentalism .....

I seem to recall the "left" and "right" thing being opposite in the US, than what it is like elsewhere...

(but, of course, I could be wrong)

Just to clarify, over here in the US, "right" is conservative / traditional / populist / (mostly) republican. Elephant mascot.

"Left" is liberal / "progressive" / statist / (mostly) democrat. Donkey mascot (should be a unicorn donkey)

In the middle are mostly Libertarians and "independents". Libertarians are somewhat split, "independents" lean heavily democrat when it's time to vote. No mascot.

The "green" party are just democrats that want to appear superior to democrats. They are VERY successful at getting more taxpayer dollars from the gubmint than they pay in. So, they are at least superior to democrats (and republicans) in THAT respect! The "green" in that party is green MONEY. No mascot, just the green dollar really...

Well stated.

So this rider "rammed" through protesters did he?
Well it's the most controlled ramming I've seen
What I see is an assault on a motorcyclist

It's an actual assault - notice them grabbing his arm. Protesting is fine. Harming others is not. Preventing people from using public roads harms them and could be life-threatening if an emergency is stuck behind the backup.

There has been emergency vehicles held up by these people already

Interesting reading on the subject here. Oddly enough those on the left denounced it as "poor scholarship" or "propaganda". I guess they would know it when they see it?

Says it pretty well, and awfully hard for the left to credibly argue against anything but writing style...

"
Liberal Fascism offers a startling new perspective on the theories and practices that define fascist politics. Replacing conveniently manufactured myths with surprising and enlightening research, Jonah Goldberg reminds us that the original fascists were really on the left, and that liberals from Woodrow Wilson to FDR to Hillary Clinton have advocated policies and principles remarkably similar to those of Hitler’s National Socialism and Mussolini’s Fascism.

Contrary to what most people think, the Nazis were ardent socialists (hence the term “National socialism”). They believed in free health care and guaranteed jobs. They confiscated inherited wealth and spent vast sums on public education. They purged the church from public policy, promoted a new form of pagan spirituality, and inserted the authority of the state into every nook and cranny of daily life. The Nazis declared war on smoking, supported abortion, euthanasia, and gun control. They loathed the free market, provided generous pensions for the elderly, and maintained a strict racial quota system in their universities—where campus speech codes were all the rage. The Nazis led the world in organic farming and alternative medicine. Hitler was a strict vegetarian, and Himmler was an animal rights activist.

Do these striking parallels mean that today’s liberals are genocidal maniacs, intent on conquering the world and imposing a new racial order? Not at all. Yet it is hard to deny that modern progressivism and classical fascism shared the same intellectual roots. We often forget, for example, that Mussolini and Hitler had many admirers in the United States. W.E.B. Du Bois was inspired by Hitler’s Germany, and Irving Berlin praised Mussolini in song. Many fascist tenets were espoused by American progressives like John Dewey and Woodrow Wilson, and FDR incorporated fascist policies in the New Deal.

Fascism was an international movement that appeared in different forms in different countries, depending on the vagaries of national culture and temperament. In Germany, fascism appeared as genocidal racist nationalism. In America, it took a “friendlier,” more liberal form. The modern heirs of this “friendly fascist” tradition include the New York Times, the Democratic Party, the Ivy League professoriate, and the liberals of Hollywood. The quintessential Liberal Fascist isn’t an SS storm trooper; it is a female grade school teacher with an education degree from Brown or Swarthmore."
