Yes they did, and 1962 as well, although the majority of 1962 Atlas production went to the USA as it was not available as a "home market" (UK) model until 1963.

I guess I should have corrected the text to read "Norton did not make 750cc models like the one we had in 1963" My brother's bike had concentric carbs and points, both of those were not on the 750cc models in '63. Also the serial number had been altered, both on the frame an on the engine, the 20- prefix had been ground off, this we only learned years after purchase.
