I'm beginning to think it was just a bad batch of springs we had, and not taken as far as a tsb.Hi Stu , I just used the google translate and boy did the engine get lunched ! What years were those bad valve springs coming in ? Thanks Tony
Hmmmm I have spare Domi heel plates. Along with some other Domi and commando parts. Maybe I need to cash inYeah, Norton were never exactly what you would consider as being consistent.
Big bonus though, whilst looking for that I found parts data for parts master ie the info that went into creating parts master, including all rrp's. Downside is they're in part number order, so I'll have to first find the part number via the bill of materials, or the last stock check folder. Some scary numbers in there...Dominator billet heel plates....£254.60 EACH!
Original RRP is irrelevant on things that are no longer available !Haha well right now prices are all over the place. Some used parts are selling for more than rrp. Then other parts are seemingly mega cheap.....all down to whats needed.
I'm beginning to think it was just a bad batch of springs we had, and not taken as far as a tsb.
The only tsb I find mention of springs is #00006, from Dec 2013. Ive quickly taken a picture of my laptop screen to show whats mentioned there. I dont know if those incorrect length springs were the same one's that were also failing. Ive fired an enquiry over to someone for confirmation though.

My 2013 CR was delivered with bad springs, guides, and rings.I'm beginning to think it was just a bad batch of springs we had, and not taken as far as a tsb.
