After a very light hone, I finally got some measurements of the bores but it was tricky obtaining sufficient accuracy with the bore gauge this time around. As you can see some dimensions actually undersized for the specs, but measuring accurately with a fixed timeline and a boss hanging around on a Homer is never the best environment to be working in. Surprisingly not showing much or any wear. The gauge was calibrated before use. I’m going to opt for new hepolite standard piston and rings rather than rebore. Btw engine is on 8,300 miles or so.
