This seller ebvc usually has pretty good stuff, and now it seems he's listing a bunch of 850 parts.

I think I have sent Greg (EBVC) the best part of $10k over the years (including my 1957 TR6A) in my opinion they are getting to big as far as the range of parts and I think that vastness is not backed up with the time needed to check things or knowledge for accurate descriptions so you want to be looking at the photos closely.

I see a set of 850 cases listed with the T/S bearing missing, I then see the crankshaft with the complete bearing on the journal and the outer OD looks a little average, hope the bearing bore in that case is OK.

Hi, thanks for that , I was ready to bid on the cases ,but as you said the outer bearing, is not OK and thus the corresponding the bearing bore should not be OK.....pity , I want a pair of 850 cases......................!
