I'm using a Dunlop/Harley D401 90/90-19 on the front of my bike and it works fine...but is labeled for front wheel only use. Is that the case with the K591??

FWIW I buy tubes from my local HD dealer, they carry made in Japan Dunlop tubes that are high quality and the right size.
