Stephen,
I did them originally about 8 years ago with the awkward brush technique, It did help having a bike lift and workshop stool. They lasted quite well. The bike is currently having oodles of Motovated and Britworx love lavished on it and I am exited to get back out on it. I’ll post a piccy when I get my sticky mits back on it. 🇬🇧🏍❤️👍

Day out getting a Datatrac fitted. Had a trip of about 100 miles all in. First trip out on it this year. Good to be back in the saddle.

Hello GLB , Can I ask how you use the Datatrac ?
It is fitted under the seat hump. If the bike is moved without the use of keys it sends an alarm to both me via an app on the phone and the tracking Company who notify me and the police. I can monitor the bike from the phone and out also has a program whereby of the battery level on the bike drops it reverts to and in-house battery and placed on standby until movement. I am told it has very little parasitic drain but apart from when on tour mine is permanently on a C-Tek charger.

Hello GLB , That little drain should be no problem even on tour you will be riding the bike everyday .

The current state of my latest 961. Booked for a two day custom bike show middle of next month.

Been gathering up some tasty parts though. My res caps with billet levers plucked from the Ducati Performance catalogue. 330mm Brembo discs. Today I dropped off everything I wanted going black with the anodisers.

Hello Stu , What were the stock discs 320mm ? What do you need to do to the calipers mounting position ?

The anodising came back today, so I got the forks built back up.
I cocked up with the anodising though, as I sent in a Dominator clock mount with a older style cafe racer top yoke..which won't work. So had to send a cafe racer clock mount off today.

Getting some miles on 'Black Bess' on a cold but dry day last week , finally all that rain has washed away the last of the grit on the roads. 800 miles on the speedo now and can't wait for the better weather to get some long trips down Wales so I can start climbing up the mileage list again. :) . Speaking of which I must get around to taking my old bike off the list and sticking the new girl on there, can anyone give me some simple instructions on how that is done, thanks.
PS running well and hasn't broken down yet.

Just copy and paste the previous list . Then edit it with your new bike info and save it.

The only sneak peak you're all getting of the paint...you'll have to wait until Good Friday for the completed bike.
Which logo did you go for Stu? 2016 from the Donny tank or 2010 (I think (or 1961 appears the same)) from the engine case? Would be legitimate to match them I guess, although not accurate to the configuration of the original bike that year. The little things matter I suppose, when you’re building a special.

Downtown” MARGATE “ overlooking the beach this is , FYI Dreamland amusement park is almost 100 years old , inspired by a local minted geyser who had visited Coney Island , Arc decor cinema awaits it rebirth, but grants are req for this to happen , my gaff is 5 mins away , not the 18 storey tower block but a typical English semi the other side that is home to the 961 , fresh from its MOT visit today , started1st time after 8 months sitting patiently under its Norton cover

I wasn't going to give another sneak peak, but I'm crap at keeping secrets. In the flesh, the grey really pops out
Nice Stu - like that a lot; looks great quality too from Dream Machine! Bike will no doubt be an asset as an advertisement for your business. Good idea to have a decal for the Logo rather than paint for when you on sell.

You’ve given me an idea for my tank👍!
