I've decided it's time for me to look seriously at fitting a sidecar to my 2014 961 Sport. So far the only info I've found so far are the three bikes shown below.

A prototype built by Egli, last heard of as disassembled and stored in the workshop.

This interesting tilting bike version from a German manufacturer.

And this one from a forum post that I've lost a link to.

Does anyone here have any info on other 961 outfits? I've been looking around at the few sidecar shops I can find still open in the USA, and plan to contact them to see if any of them have done a 961 conversion. I rather doubt it, so I'm tentatively assuming I'll have to find one willing be the first, or else just buying a suitable sidecar and generic mounting kit, and fitting it myself. Like I really need to start another project.

In any case, any helpful inputs would be welcome.

We do have a number of Watsonian dealers here in the USA. I rather like the Sterling design. The 961 installation in the Motogiro picture was custom made for the customer, so it's possible they can supply an installation kit for other models than the GP shown. I'll have to ask if they have a kit to fit the 961 to the Sterling, or if I have to start with a universal kit of parts. I'm also looking at a couple of other brands available in country.
