warning lights

I'm rebuilding a 1972 -750 Commando and my headlamp has an amp meter with a toggle Switch and a green and amber "warning? light. What do these lights indicate and do I potentially have the wrong headlamp cause I bought a harness and it has 3 warning lights on it. Any help would be great. Thanks.
