suzuki brake

hey all, i've got a suzuki 4ls brake that has had the brake plates milled to fit a 7 3/8" roadholder fork. question is, the bearings in the suzuki hub seem much smaller inner diameter than the outer of the norton axle. how have people dealt with that? different bearings or custom axle? both...
