It's the Merc timing chain Iwis you need, duplex for the primary, simplex for camchain.
I have a new Duplex IWIS from Jason the Chain man , still in the box.IWIS Duplex from chainman.
You could try a belt drive...

Big thanks , CZ seems the way to go for MK 111.Torontonian
Prob worth looking at this link and the thread https://www.accessnorton.com/NortonCommando/chain.15655/page-4
I have fitted the Andover Norton CZ triple primary chain to my bike - replacing a well worn Renold chain which was probably the original. Not done that many miles on it (3000) so can't comment on durability but Joe Seifert obviously rates them.
May be the best triplex available if you don't want to go down the IWIS duplex route.
Andy
Fitted the new IWIS Duplex today. 6 hrs. labour with breaks. The rains and night set in before the test so I will test it out in a couple days and report back.Since both of you fitted the Duplex IWIS without any tensioner issues , I'll fit it and not worry.
From what I hear the fit is to the 2 rows of sprocket teeth inboard closest to the inner primary.
Yes it's a very nice chain for sure.
DevonNorton's helpful link with Andy the Chain man's comments say that the Reynold's O.E.M. primary chain is not a dedicated motorcycle chain. Take it from there.Has anyone fitted a currently available Renold triplex chain and have opinions/comments?
