It is the first BHR meeting this weekend and all the work i have done on the race bike seems to be working a treat. The handling is now the best I have ever experienced and the bike has more power than an R1, the vibration from the engine is now zero.

The test ride this morning went without mishap and in the two races, I managed to win both and set a new lap record on the last lap of the second race.

Then my head fell in my Cornflakes.

Bugger.

Ah well, even an imaginary race is better than no race. All of our races this year so far have been cancelled or postponed. I'm hoping we'll still manage some later in the year, but it's too early to tell. I'm guessing you are in a similar situation.

Yes Ken, this weekend was to be our first race but the governing body has yanked the permits until the end of May, It is more annoying because we are having perfect racing weather just now. I have entered the Bikers Classic meeting At Spa in July, and they are still selling tickets on their website, but I cannot see that going ahead either.

Still, we are all in the same boat, we need a bigger boat.

Hi Ralph
Sorry missed reading this forum!
Spend most of my evenings daydreaming giving my bike a run on different circuits. I spend most of my time nagging myself to brake later drive harder but I cant it's a bit built in.
What I have to do to improve is only dream of the start! If I get away in the pack I ride much better.
Look forward to meeting up when if we eventually get out.
All the best Chris
