Wow. Where do I start?

I have a bit of a sore throat and ear ache from yesterdays ride in the freezing temps. Hope I can make it out tomorrow.

As you know I have been following this thread. I feel for you guys above the Mason Dixon Line. It was great here in the South, wonderful riding weather in the mid 60's to low 70's F.

I also started a photo shoot this weekend. The photos will be used for new Norton posters to be sold at the Norton Rally in Ashville next July. Today was the Blonde and Redhead day. So,,,,,,,,,,,,,,to warm all you guys up in the cold country, I thought I would share some pics of a nice Alabama girl and a really nice Tennessee girl No Photoshop or cropping yet, but I doubt if you will mind. And they are copyrighted, so don't pass them around or I send a nasty guy with a baseball bat to break your knees LOL

Edited by me not MODS. Removed pictures that were questionable. Not pressured to do so, but do not want to rock the boat.

Oh yes!
My temperature is already rising.
Now those photos are very tastefully done.
Would be great to see a calendar with those ladies mounting the bikes.
I'm sure it would be a sellout.

Great work.

Those all your Nortons? I deserve the red head since you got my bike. I really like the rustic wood and carpet more so than the back drop, but hey, you're the photographer. Thanks for sharing and making me jealous about weather...and other things.

Yes the Nortons are mine. There is an additional Mark 3 that will be photographed today (today is Brunette, and Tattooed Redhead day)

There will be some Photoshop done as to background. I have a professional photographer doing the camera work, I am just watching, and moving the bikes. Several of the pics will pay homage to the original Norton girls advertisements from the 60's and 70's So if some of the poses look familiar ( although far less clothing) you may see where of this is going. Example below. When cropped and Photoshop'ed, then graphics added (Superplus) ,,,,,,,,Well, use your imagination

Edit: Photos removed by me not MODS

Hey, I know I am going way off topic with pictures that have nothing to do with the thread. My most sincere apologies, but I thought you would not mind a slight diversion

I think a reasonable proportion of Access Norton membership might?
As moderator, I get more complaints about posts containing apparent "sexist" content on the forum than I do on any other subject.
It would perhaps be better if images of this nature were linked, with a 'content' warning?

This is borderline and I am ok with it, but if other members are not then I would reconsider if I am ok with it or not. I checked with my Mrs and she thinks they are ok.

I can see I viewed this thread way too late ! :(

How about a link to them as suggested, it sounds like you already went thru a lot to get them!

And tell me Barry what do you think of the situation?

Wow. Where do I start?

I saw the photos but where were the hot pants and Dick Turpin boots?

wow, pulled some G rated photo’s. must have some uptite people on here. it is always the few who spoil it for the masses. esp considering the tradition of beautiful women in vintage norton ads from the 70’s

The thing I like about Motorcycle fórums is that you can look at beautiful bikes and girls and not be judged. e.g. brolly girls at a moto GP or models at a bike show.
However, on the American forums I know of, the tolerance for any type of adult language or images (not talking about distasteful or pornographic ones) is frowned upon and judged harshly from a position of supposed moral superiority.

It's incredible how many people really do believe they know better and can judge people as being inferior to them.
True believer, your belief is "more correct them mine" then.

This is way off topic now!!
So, where as "Where do it start?" the question now is, where did it end?

The photos were innocuous, they were not strong enough to get into The Sun, and would have been in The Daily Mail with not a ripple of comment.

I cant see a problem myself. I was at the NEC bike show last week and the promo girls and dancers were wearing roughly the same thing....

Took my grandsons when 7 and 9 to press day at NEC.

Kept loosing them but each time found them at the lap dancing
on the Yamaha stand.

It ended like a fairy tale, sort of. I got my ride back, albeit a fairly long wait, and its growling like a panther. I went for a freezing temp ride, which was fun and horrible at the same time, and a 50 degree F ride which was great!! Special shout out to M.P. at Norton for keeping interest and helping me out even during all of my bitching. You were the one person that seemed to care.
