Why so many for sale?

Only 10 of those listed on UK Ebay are actual second hand bikes (others being dealers advertising for the new bikes they have just had delivered), which is approx less than 2% of the total bikes sold in the UK since 2010.
 
A mate of mine is looking for a Mk1 Cafe Racer if anyone in UK is considering letting one go.
