Did cross Canada in ‘17 , have been down east seaboard to New England … always wanted to see the UK , no more plane rides for me now though , so unless I pirate a boat and take my chances …. think I will continue my quest of riding the entire coast line of Nova Scotia , been 2 ride seasons since scratching off a portion ….

The Cabot Trail (Cape Breton Island) is nice and I have been there twice on a Norton Commando. Going Counter Clockwise or Anticlockwise for you Brits...is the better view. Try going further north to Quebec around the Gasp'e you may like the scenery as well as the food.
Cheers,
Tom

The C Trail is a regular ride for me , my daughter lives there so usually 4-6 rounds at a minimum pee season , the causeway to the island is just +/- 3hrs from my shed …. never on Norton though no place to overnight it , been Guzzi, Ducati & big Bandit rides …. Can’t really say I favour a particular way around the Trail both great , best when you take time to follow the roads off the trail , that where views become even more spectacular ….

A group of us were booked to ride the road of bones (Siberia) but Covid postponed that and now with Vlad the Invader playing his games i don't think i will get there. Prudhoe Bay is still on my wish list though.

I have a "ride someplace different every year" thing going on. Rather than return to the same places where I know there's good riding, I always try to find someplace I haven't been before. I count southern, central and northwest Colorado as three different places since there are so many great rides there. Over the past few years this "program" has taken me to PA. The Virginias and Kaintuck, central TN, TX, the Gulf Coast, two of the three Colorados, and most of the places between here and there. Arkansas and GA/TN/NC are great, but repetition breeds contempt.

I've been to the Dragons tail, Deal's Gap, (bit of a tourist trap), but there must be roads in TN that should be noted.
Cheers,
Tom

29 states still to tick off the list of states that I've ridden in.

Heard lots of stories, and seen lots of nice pix, of nice places all over the world, so the list would be endless if I left our little country here; 29 is a more manageable number.

Can't wait 'till my 16-year-old daughter gets her license (soon), then just 5 more years till our youngest gets his. I'd like to ride AT LEAST ONCE with all 5 of my kids, each on their own bikes, wyfe on one of hers, too, of course. Wouldn't matter where we rode to, I'd just like to say I've done it.

STILL waiting for a good chance to do 1000 miles in under 24 hours, that's my only other bike-related wishlist item...

I think that's the best dream of a Rider family. Best of luck :)

We've all ridden together before, in various groups, but the 2 youngest, and the grandkids, aren't licensed yet.

I want to do U.S. Route 66 when I retire on my '48 Indian Chief.
Plan is to start in NYC, up to Canada, head west and drop down in to Chicago.
Route 66 goes from Chicago to Santa Monica CA. No other plan or time limit really, just stop when and wherever I like along the way.
