It sure is, i have to scrape the crud off mine at times.
I need to remove my front mudguard (misnomer surely) and take it to the the local fender extender reseller and see if there is one that fits. They have offered to let me sit in their store room and go through the shelves.
I had also considered making up a small shield to mount via the cap screw, but that is on the "one day" list.

Af1 says "fit Dominator" I have a 2015 961 CF, brembo/Aprillia levers I think.

I have a Dominator Naked and when shipped to me here in the USA it came fitted with the same levers as yours.
The Naked comes with many parts that the dealer or owner has to install. With that, I also received these Norton billet aluminum levers. It’s another option to carbon fiber and are available directly from the norton factory in brushed or polished.

Those OEM Norton levers look great mate..!!

I settled on the CRG Carbon ones in the end, there's a little play in them due to the "adjust-ability" but overall I'm satisfied with the quality and the look of the CRG ones.
