Now that it is 20 degrees F ( -7C) here on the Cape, maybe some of you in the warmer climes could post pictures of your bikes or even ride descriptions? I feel like the little match girl.

It was -20 C feels like -26C here earlier when I left for Duc coffee meet ..... hope to find some warm pics later ....

I should have taken pics three days ago when it was 65 degrees- now 25 degrees and snowing - ugh !

No bikes in shot sorry but it is summer out the front window.

Nice ride on Friday, was tempted away from work by a couple of mates. Roast Office near Raglan (defunct Post Office, now a coffee shop) for morning tea, Nikau Cafe for lunch, home again via Waingaro. 4 Hours riding, of which only around 1/2 hour on straight roads :).

Went for a ride last Thursday with a few mates who are also retired, I done just over 450km for me start at 6am and ride 100km just to meet up with the other mates then we head out into the twisties for about 1 1/2 hours and stop for breaky and good old chat then head off again back out on the ranges slowly heading closer to my home way, we then stopped at a biker friendly café up in the mountain rage about 40 minutes ride from my place where I say bye to the mates and head home before its gets to hot on the brain, it was a cool 33c for the day and got home just after 12:30, my mates head back up to the North Coast where they live, the only time I rode on the highway was the first 1hr heading up to the North Coast to meet up with the mates, there was 3 Triumph Thruxton 1200S, one Harley and a newer Kawka 900, we are old but we ride hard.
We use to do our Sunday rides together every few weeks as a few mates still work but now the mates who are retired we are getting out Thursday rides every week and find the ride with less cops and less bike traffic that we usually get on our Sunday ride, its more relaxed, but I still go on the Sunday rides when it on.
But the best thing with us we can do this all year round and our winter months are so much better for riding in, not cooking the brain from our hot days.

Yesterday was about 85F, and I was chainsawing and chipping wood all day.

I fit new new fork seals last week after suffering through the fancy pants Ariete seals leaking for the last year. So, I took the new stock seals for a leak free tuning ride today and got my twisties in and the new Lansdowne setup done for them.

It was cooler and overcast today and I basically did the top 2/3 of this loop, since I live on that line.
