Undrilled or drilled for drum brake front or rear (they are drilled the same).
I only need one.

Green sticker or Yellow sticker type.

My WM3 18" is currently laced to a rear drum with stainless spokes, in case anyone is interested in a trade for their WM2 or WM3 19"

I've got a vintage WM3, drilled for a "Norton" (according to a typed note on the original spec sticker that was affixed to it when I bought it). Have been casually looking for a mate for it, and was looking at this one recently:

That seller doesn't list the number of holes, though, and it's also a WM2 (not a WM2.5, as his ad headline states), which may be too narrow for some people's preference for rear wheel width. But if it could work as a front it would be a nice size.

But why buy vintage for aluminum wheels? Aren't the new ones better? Why not just source an Excel from Buchanan's?

I like Excel rims on my Honda but they just seem wrong to me for a Norton.

I guess it is a period thing, and I like seeing the side stamping and Akront sticker on the rim. Borranis would be OK also, but I always saw more Akronts on Nortons than Borranis.

Anyway, last week I found some 19" WM2 NOS Akronts, received them already.
Haven't decided yet if I will be selling my 18" WM2 Akront rear wheel.

PS. The holes are drilled too large on that Ebay rim for my drum brake bikes.

Would like to see some photos of the rims you acquired.

Some of the older Akronts don't have much information stamped on them. One I've got only has "40" stamped on the side, "Akront" on the inner circumference of the rim, and that's it. No size information whatsoever.
