Beautiful! Very informative video. As reference, how much video did you originally shoot for the final ten minutes of usable play time?

Would the template forms be available? What's a head blow job like this cost a fella? Do ya suggest improvements to add to next batch of Fullauto castings? Amazed there's market to sustain such exotica and specialized clever machinists so hope others train for carrying on after us. Can't wait for more Norton records making the news again.

Any before and after airflow and velocity numbers on the finished head to quantify improvement?

I lost track of the time I spent videoing and editing. You would have to print your own templates (with printable plastic sheet) from the Full Auto section of the JS "Narley ports" CD. Flow charts are another project and every flow bench is going to be different. I put my faith in shapes and dimensions - not reports from flow benches - especially when they come from the same person doing the porting. The best port shapes are those that create the highest HP motors and for 2 valve 750 motors that's the late Harley XR 750. You see the same "cobrahead" port shape in todays Nascars as below.
