Victory Library - Warning

FYI - A few days ago I made a purchase from the Victory Library. This resource appears to have a great deal of useful material. The seller is quite hostile in his buying terms and finishes saying no refunds. I made a purchase using Paypal but never got the email with the PDF purchased or a link to it. No reply from emailing the seller so I went back to Paypal who are refunding my money.

Is that the bloke who asked loads of carburettor questions on britbike.com, got answers, deleted the forum questions and sold the answers in a book?

I don't think it is. Twenty years ago I bought a couple of his booklets and was also reading Britbike forum pretty carefully.

I never saw any crossover.

The guy who wrote them Jeffrey Diamond was always a bit pedantic and a little delicate in communication but I never saw any evidence of bad behaviour. I'm pretty sure he is straight up just a bit different.

As to why the PDF didn't show up given his past reliability I think you may be getting the same issues that we find lots of places now. People are getting old and not delivering now as they once did. More errors than intent.

Your money back from PayPal is probably your best option
