UPS has another scam I reckon. I was sent a free replacement part that should be tax free. UPS decided it wasn't and wouldn't hand it over unless I paid up. I needed the part and begrudgingly paid. I put in a complaint and was told to fill in a form that I dutifully did. A small paragraph on the form explained it could take up to 60 days to get my money back.
