It's like dodgeball.I'm elated that AN and AMAL switched to UPS. Over 50% of my shipments by thieving DHL were a problem. I've had NO problems with UPS from AN, AMAL, or Wassell and the longest it takes is two days. It also costs less than DHL. Wassel used to use Parcel Force which was even faster, but very expensive.In the other hand, I've never had a problem with DHL from Tri-Spark - go figure!In the US, I consider only USPS unless absolutely forced to use UPS - I never ship by FedEx or DHL. All cost more than USPS except for ground and others provide poor service. For instance, a FedEx guy in a rainstorm threw a box from the back of his truck and it made it halfway down my driveway. Had I not seen it, the contents would have been ruined by morning. FedEx aslo likes to put packages in front of my screen doors so I can't get out and have to go out another door and around the house - that was real fun on crutches!
