The Lucas turn indicator switch on my MK II seems counterintuitive. Up for left, down for right.

I'm going to have the fuel tank off and that would seem like a good time to reverse the wiring. Were would be a good point to switch the wires so that up is right and down is left?

Is your indicator cluster on right side? I moved the turn switch from right to left side of my bike, as the right hand is too busy with throttle and brake to also manage reaching the indicator switch. With it on leftside, I find flipping it up with the left thumb, for left turns, makes it more intuitive in my mind, like sticking out left thumb upwards and left-ish. For right turns, its a downward right-ish movement of thumb. Just works for me.
This change also means horn button would be on right, which I don't like as it is left side on other bikes. So I just swapped the lucar bullets at main junction block, purple line from right side button to WR from unused button on indicator cluster.

Follow the cable from the handlebar switches. Where it ends you will find a Green/White and a Green/Red wire coming from it. Unplug and swap them - done!
