Hello I'm new to the forum , but was looking at the high pipes on a T140 discussion , I'm not sure of the dimensional differences between the 650 and 750 top end , but im sure ive seen oil in the frame 650s with the high pipes , although the later OIF trophies had the H link pipe just before the silencers and this caused the silencers to be further back on the bike and i think made the whole lot look a bit clumsy . Ive got a set of 67 high pipes on mine , i got them on ebay in the UK , £55 , they seem to fit OK quality is what youd expect for the money . But the 67 pipes are slightly shorter and the silencers for that year go on without the H link pipe, so the top silencer sits slightly further fwd than the lower pipe, it follows the curve of the rear guard and looks tidier to the eye.see if you can find a photo of a 67 tr6c on the NET, ( bearing in mind it will be a duplex frame not OIF) the silencer brackets run from a P clip on the frame rail down to the rear footrest mount , just Fab your own to get the pipes to sit as you like them.cheersGreg Price
