I'm 6'2", ectomorph - short torso, long legs, and have the same issue.I have to sit way back on the 961 and my knees are still about 1 inch past the front of the rear indent. Very annoying on a ride of any distance.I agree that the 961 tank indented section is too narrow as well.They could have made the indented section a little wider, and continued the indents further forward by an inch or two, and still perverse the fuel capacity.
