Thread with bending of rear loop?

Not too long ago there was a thread that has some really good pictures of resetting (bending) the position of the rear loop with bracing and levers. I searched, but can't find the post. In my case the loop is too high.

I'd be grateful if someone could point me to the link.

There's more than one related post. Search is complicated by the use of "loop" vs "hoop" etc. This is the one that got me motivated to do something.
