You sir are a diplomat!, At least Trump is not as bad as those slimy creeps that would not allow the witnesses to speak. We got our democracy back yesterday, Would be nice if we could now show the world how it should be done. Dream on.

Indeed, if we’re talking historical leaders there’s no chance he’d be anywhere near the top 10.

Even present day, if we look around at North Korea, Russia, numerous Middle Eastern and African countries, etc, Trump doesn’t make the top 4...
 
Napoleon was responsible for 5 to 7 million so lower numbers but as a proportion of the European population at the time higher than Mao's of the Chinese.
 
Well Pol Pot 'only' killed 1 to 2 million but again as a proportion of Cambodian population he got to No 3, so double Trump.

If Stalin had not defeated Hitler in Russia it would have been all over for us, and nowhere for the Allies to gather an invasion. Hitlers V2s would have been dropping on New York.
 
Stalin also helped Hitler with the carve up of Poland with the Molotov-Ribbentrop pact, secret testing of German tanks and planes in the early thirties. If he had not helped Hitler then you did not need Stalin to defeat him.

Agreed. I never said Russia didn’t play a part. Russia was part of the allied forces that defeated the Nazis. That much is true.
 
And of course, there are those that say it was the signs of Russian success that persuaded the USA to join the allies, in order to prevent a Soviet controlled Europe, Africa and Middle East...
 
Pretty sure it was the Russian people’s will/spirit and their nasty weather won the battle for Russia , WW2 was won by the Allied Forces .... my list would have “Vlad the Impaler” in top 5 spots alone ....
