Thanks for the info - I suspect mine won't have the centre stripe either, and the gap around the badges on your resprayed tank looks way better than the factory effort

Once mine is done and on the road I'll happily take on any Commando in a fair fight.

 That is a standard one with no modifications.

Or a Combat.

Or a Production Racer

Otherwise I'll have to resort to the Ducati...
