That diagram doesn't show the needle roller bearings, so use with caution.
I've got a stray swingarm with just the needle rollers (other bits weren't with it) so am curious to see whats required, and how it all pans out.
Who supplies the needle roller bearing conversions ?

Are they less prone to damage from shock loads over bushes? Also I had some on a KTM that were seized solid as a previous owner could well have used a jet wash to clean the bike. Smoother, less prone to wear. Put two more guides in your cradle as shown in many other posts to make sure the spindle can't bend.
