Stainless spokes, plated nipples...........anti seize or teflon thread lube?

Stainless steel spokes & plated nipples. I'm thinking I should have used an anti sieze compound on the spoke threads. I have on, a hand a copper based compound anti seize and TFW teflon thread lubricant. Does anybody have another recommendation or preferance? Thank you.

Silicone grease, preferably waterproof.

Note - as stated above "thread AND HEAD of NIPPLE", should assure that things tighten easily, evenly and with no galling or seizing. Silicone grease is not suitable for metal to metal contact under significant loads such as this application.
