I am looking at the suspension settings for the first time and am getting initial which don't quite match the figures in section 13.3.1 of the service manual. My bike is an MKII Sport with conventional forks.
Front Forks: R1 510mm R2 475mm. These are more like values for the USD type forks.
Rear shocks: R1 475mm R2 470mm. Hardly any sag. BTW the rear end does feel a bit stiff but nothing alarming.
I haven't done rider sag yet (social distancing thing !) but would be grateful for any advice/comments

I have heard that rear springs may be too stiff for single rider use on the dual seats . I didn't know that they made RWU forks in the MK2 range ? What year is your bike ?

The factory set up was set up for Chris Walker , so I guess if u weigh more or less than him then the bike should be tweaked .
Take bike to a bike shop that also looks after race bikes , they can quickly sought it out for like an hours Labour

With my RWU forks I have the pre-load set to 2.5 turns in from full out. I am 150 lbs. The factory says 3 turns in from full out standard setup , so not far off . I have a single seat 2014 things may have changed later on. The rear suspension I have set softer , less than 2 rings pre-load , minimum compression and rebound 20 clicks out from max. I have seen some late dual seats that needed the shock pre-load to minimum and it wasn't light enough . They may have put more appropriate springs on the later dual seats.

I bought the bike new December 2016 and has a single-seat. My first thought was to adjust sag on preload so it achieves the recommended 11mm then check out for rider sag.
