Spotted at Powderham Castle today.

I saw this parked in the motorcycle enclosure at Powderham Castle classic vehicle fair today. It was meant to be paraded but apparently wouldn't start. I hung around waiting to meet the owner but alas I had to leave. I hope it started later.
